Bot Stuck in "Processing" Status
Issue: Your bot status shows "Processing" for more than 15 minutes.
Solutions:
- Check your email for any error notifications
- Refresh your dashboard page
- Contact support if processing exceeds 1 hour
Affiliate Links Not Being Recommended
Issue: Your chatbot isn't recommending your affiliate products.
Solutions:
- Check that your product descriptions are detailed and relevant to your content
- Ensure your affiliate links were uploaded successfully (check Content → Affiliate Links)
- Review your Dashboard → Link Recommendations tab to see what's being recommended
- Try asking your chatbot directly about topics related to your products
Usage Limit Reached
Issue: "Chat limit reached" message appears.
Solutions:
- Wait until your next billing cycle (usage resets monthly)
- Upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly chats
- Purchase overage add-ons ($5 for 250 additional replies)
Instagram Token Expired
Issue: Error message about Instagram token expiration.
Solutions:
- This should auto-refresh in the background
- If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Instagram account
- Contact support if the problem continues
CSV Upload Failed
Issue: Error when uploading affiliate links CSV.
Solutions:
- "Invalid file format": Ensure your file is .csv with exactly 3 columns
- "Too many links": You've exceeded your tier limit - upgrade or remove some links
- "Invalid URL": Check that all affiliate links are valid URLs starting with http:// or https://
