Understanding Your Bot Status

Your bot goes through several stages. Here's what each means:

Status: Processing ⏳

What it means: We're building your bot!

What's happening:

  1. Fetching Instagram posts (tier-limited)
  2. Transcribing videos (if you have any)
  3. Matching affiliate products
  4. Building knowledge index

How long:

  • Starter (50 posts): 5-15 minutes
  • Pro (200 posts): 15-30 minutes
  • Elite (500 posts): 30-40 minutes

What to do: Check back in 15-30 min, or wait for email notification


Status: Ready ✅

What it means: Your bot is live!

What to do:

  1. Copy your bot link from dashboard
  2. Test it yourself first
  3. Share with your audience

Status: Error ❌

What it means: Something went wrong

Common causes:

  • Instagram token expired (reconnect in settings)
  • No posts found (make sure account is public/business)
  • Network timeout (rare)

What to do:

  1. Check Instagram connection in Account Settings
  2. Try "Retry Processing" button
  3. Still stuck? Contact Support

Status: Warming Up 🔄

What it means: Bot is loading after being idle

How long: 10-30 seconds

What to do: Just wait, this is normal!


FAQ

Q: My bot has been processing for over 1 hour

A: This usually means Instagram connection expired. Go to Account Settings → Reconnect Instagram, then retry.

Q: Can I use my bot while it's processing?

A: No, wait until status shows "Ready"

Q: Will my bot automatically update with new posts?

A: Yes! Every night at 2am CST we fetch new posts and update your bot.
