What Are Featured Items?

Featured Items are pinned cards that appear at the very top of your clone's chat — before any conversation starts. When a follower opens your chat, they see your featured promotion immediately and can tap it to get more details or go straight to your link.

Think of it as a 24/7 personal assistant who never forgets to mention your current sale, new course, or latest launch — every single conversation.

Example:

A follower opens your chat and sees at the top:

đŸ”ĨFlash Sale — Courses 50% Off This Week

They tap it and your clone explains the offer and sends them directly to your checkout link.


How to Set Up Featured Items

Step 1: Open Clone Settings

From your dashboard, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right, then select Clone Settings.

Step 2: Go to Featured Items

Scroll down to the Featured Items section and open it.

Step 3: Add an Item

Click Add Item and fill in the 4 fields:

  • Emoji: A single emoji that represents the promotion — shown as the icon on the card. (e.g., đŸ”Ĩ for a sale, 🎓 for a course, 🆕 for a new drop)
  • Label: The short headline on the card. Keep it punchy — 2 to 4 words. (e.g., "Flash Sale", "New Course", "Free Masterclass")
  • Description: What your clone says when a follower taps the card. Be specific about the offer — what it is, what they get, and any relevant details like the discount amount or deadline.
  • Link: Where you want to send them — your checkout page, course landing page, Eventbrite link, etc.

Step 4: Save

Click Save Changes. The featured item appears immediately at the top of your clone chat — no processing delay.

â„šī¸ You can have up to 2 featured items active at once. To add a second one, just click Add Item again. Remove an item whenever the promotion ends to keep your chat looking fresh.


Ideas for What to Feature

  • Limited-time sales: "50% off my presets this weekend"
  • Course or product launches: "New YouTube growth course just dropped"
  • Free content: "Free skincare guide — grab it now"
  • Events or live sessions: "Joining my free live workshop this Thursday"
  • Brand partnerships: "Exclusive 20% off [Brand] with my code"
  • Waitlists: "Join the waitlist for my next cohort"

Removing or Updating a Featured Item

When a promotion ends, go back to Clone Settings → Featured Items, delete the item, and save. Your chat will update immediately. Update the description or link the same way whenever details change.
