Quick FAQ

What counts as an "AI Reply"?

Each user question counts as one AI reply. If someone asks 5 questions in one session, that's 5 replies. The response doesn't count separately.

When do recommendations get counted?

A recommendation is counted when your clone includes a link in its response. If one response includes 3 product links, that counts as 3 recommendations.

How often does the dashboard update?

All metrics update in real-time. As soon as someone sends your clone a message, you'll see the data reflected within minutes.

Pro Tips

  • Monitor AI reply usage weekly to avoid hitting your limit unexpectedly
  • Check Link Recommendations to see which products are performing best
  • Review Q&A History regularly to identify content gaps and opportunities
