Quick FAQ

What counts as a "chat"?

Each user question counts as one chat. If someone asks 5 questions in one session, that's 5 chats. The response doesn't count separately.

When do recommendations get counted?

A recommendation is counted when your chatbot includes a link in its response. If one response includes 3 product links, that counts as 3 recommendations.

How often does the dashboard update?

All metrics update in real-time. As soon as someone chats with your bot, you'll see the data reflected within minutes.
